Mission, Vision, Values

Who we are

We are a values-based human development consortium of competent and caring professionals who facilitate and support healthy individual and organizational decision-making.

What we do

     We model business success by:

1.) Living our values 2.) Giving great service 3.) Being profitable

How we do it

  • We practice and promote integrity in all of our actions and relationships.
  • We exhibit competence and professionalism in all of our endeavors.
  • We focus on and acknowledge the positive in others and ourselves.
  • We embrace and practice the concept of life long learning.
  • We respect and accept others, valuing their unique perspectives and contributions.
  • We seek out and nurture relationships that align with our purpose and values.
  • We choose trust over fear.

About our philosophy:

Our philosophy is quite simple: we believe that people essentially want to do good work and contribute positively to the organization that they work for. We believe that everyone generally has good intentions about the work that they are doing. If things are not going as they should, there are identifiable competency, motivational, personal/coping issues, or communications and interpersonal skills that are lacking. Once identified, these are frequently trainable or coachable.

We are strong believers that individuals and teams essentially have their own answers, and that effective facilitation will allow those answers to emerge. When this occurs, there is a greater probability of "buy-in" because the solutions are sourced from "inside" (by those affected) rather than imposed from the "outside." Our ultimate objective is to provide tools and training toward empowered self-sufficiency.

About our working style:

We provide an open, accepting and non-judgmental atmosphere which allows for a "safe" environment in which to learn and practice newly acquired skills. Our development work is present / future focused: building on the positive strengths, and creating strategies to minimize real or perceived weaknesses. We offer ideas, insights, resources and counsel as needed in a space that promotes respect for self and others, and allows for creative problem solving. We serve as "mirrors," reflecting back an objective view, and we play the "devil’s advocate" as needed. We express our observations truthfully and respectfully.
