At Pathfinders we understand change, and with change comes the need for a company to take a fresh look at their employees as well as the need for employees to take a fresh look at their company.  Although much time and expense is spent on "Outplacement" programs, at Pathfinders we help you keep the talent you have through our "Inplacement Program".
