We were fortunate to have Leslie Rose provide training to members of our team. From the first conversation I had with her, I knew that we would learn a great deal. Leslie Rose has such extensive knowledge, is great at listening, and she also makes learning interactive and fun while sharing great information. We all learned more about time management, work situations, and work/life balance. I recommend her highly as a professional with a wide range of skills.

Leslie’s expertise in identifying a person’s strong points and working with them to utilize their strengths in a positive and productive manner is exemplary. Leslie takes the client on a journey of self-examination and teaches them how to relate effectively and professionally while attaining specific goals – ones that have been set for them within their positions as well as personal ones.

I am amazed at how Pathfinders can create clarity for leaders. Business relationships can become so complex/emotional and Leslie helped me stay focused on the big picture while “playing” to my individual strengths. The tools and assessments that are used become individualized and create a “life learning” approach. I am not sure why more companies do not invest in leadership development and coaching – specifically Pathfinders.
